Flexible Scheduling: 2 to 4 Days Per Week
We are looking for the right people to join our team, ideally for 3 to 4 days a week, though we can accommodate 2 days for the perfect candidate. While our schedule is steady, we occasionally have a lighter 3-day week once a month. We have room for 1 or 2 great people depending on your availability!
- The Hours: Approximately 10–30 hours per week (depending on your availability).
- The Days: We operate Tuesday through Friday (No Mondays, no weekends!).
- Shift Times: Typically between 9:00 A.M. and 4:30 P.M.
The Fit: Physical Stamina & High Standards
Professional cleaning is a demanding trade. It requires significant physical stamina and a mental commitment to quality from the first room of the day to the last. We need team members who:
- Understand that professional cleaning is a highly physical role that requires staying focused and efficient for the duration of a shift.
- Take personal responsibility for the quality of their work, ensuring no corners are cut even when a shift gets busy.
- Show up ready to work with a professional, proactive attitude every single time they are on the schedule.
- Are eager to learn about all things cleaning—including specialized products, surface care, and efficient techniques.
Training & Quality Standards
At Clearly Clean, consistency is our signature.
- Mandatory Onboarding: High attention to detail is a MUST. Even if you have years of experience, all new team members undergo our standardized training program. This ensures we all meet the same Quality Control standards and deliver a consistent "sparkle" to our clients.
- Attention to Detail: This is non-negotiable. We look for the missed spots that others overlook. If you find satisfaction in a perfectly polished faucet or a hair-free floor, you will thrive here.
- 90-Day Probationary Period: All new hires begin with a 90-day probation period. During this time, we focus heavily on coaching and feedback to ensure you are comfortable with our systems and consistently meeting our attendance and quality benchmarks.

Requirements and Compensation
- Starting Wage: $20.00 per hour, with a wage review upon successful completion of the probationary period.
- Non-Negotiables: You must have a reliable vehicle, a valid Class 5 Alberta Driver’s License, and provide a clean criminal record check prior to entering any homes.
