We're looking for an experienced Marketing Director to help lead the next stage of growth.
This is a leadership role for someone who enjoys building systems, mentoring talented marketers, introducing innovative ideas, and driving measurable business growth.
What You'll Be Leading
You'll oversee and mentor our existing marketing team while helping shape the future of our marketing strategy.
Your primary areas of responsibility include:
- Developing and executing long-term marketing strategy
- Leading and mentoring our SEO, content, and digital marketing team
- Improving organic search performance through advanced SEO strategies
- Managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns
- Developing high-performing paid social campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other emerging channels
- Growing our organic social media presence and brand authority
- Identifying opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and new technologies throughout the marketing department
- Improving workflows, reporting, efficiency, and scalability
- Building dashboards, KPIs, and data-driven decision-making processes
- Continuously bringing fresh ideas that generate measurable business growth
- Collaborating closely with ownership and leadership on growth initiatives
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who has already built a successful marketing career—not someone still learning the fundamentals.
Minimum qualifications include:
- 10+ years of marketing experience
- Proven leadership experience managing marketing teams
- Advanced SEO knowledge with a track record of increasing organic growth
- Strong Google Ads experience with measurable ROI
- Extensive experience managing paid social advertising campaigns
- Experience growing brands through organic social media
- Strong understanding of AI tools, marketing automation, and operational efficiency
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Comfortable making decisions based on data rather than assumptions
- A passion for continuous improvement and innovation
