This position reports to the Facilities management team and is part of the Facilities team. This position is a coverage position for Stage Door's vacation and sick time and there is no guarantee of hours.
Liaise with members of the public and internal staff
Monitoring and maintaining security of all Stratford Festival buildings
Completing communication logs
Controlling parking and access to loading docks
Shipping and receiving duties
Lifting, bending, pushing and pulling boxes and packages
Performing maintenance duties - Cleaning, room setup etc.
Bondable with a valid Ontario Driver's License
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong computer skills - Microsoft Office
Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience in security. The successful candidate will be required to complete various training including, but not limited to Standard First Aid /CPR/AED.
This unionized position is a casual position located in Stratford, Ontario and will begin immediately. Candidates must be available to work rotating twelve hour shifts and must be available evenings and weekends (including holidays).

Hourly Rate: Currently $25.20
