Your every day with us:
Reporting to the Manager, Talent Acquisition, as a Recruitment Consultant, you'll develop and maintain strong partnerships with hiring leaders and will be responsible for managing end-to-end talent acquisition processes for high-volume Contact Centre and client delivery roles in our Moncton office.

These activities include candidate sourcing, pre-screens, assessments, the selection of top talent and the management of the employment offer process for selected candidates. Additionally, you will support hiring managers in recruitment policies and best practices, ensuring alignment with the organization’s values, vision, and strategic objectives.

As a Recruitment Consultant you will:
Have a thorough understanding of the external talent market and emerging trends surrounding talent attraction;
Build partnerships with hiring managers & the HR Team to understand hiring needs and drive talent initiatives;
Work strategically with internal departments as an SME in the recruitment field to assist in the resolution of staffing challenges and to think outside-the-box to develop creative recruitment strategies;
Work collaboratively with Leaders in the business throughout the recruitment and selection process and provide advice and guidance;
Leverage external networking and recruiting events and professional associations to reinforce Medavie Blue Cross career opportunities;
Coordinate the on-boarding process of new hires to the organization.

What you need to succeed:
Bachelor’s degree in the field of HR and/or college diploma/certificate in Human Resource Management will be considered;
2-5 years experience with high volume recruitment, using a variety of sourcing techniques. Experience in a Contact Centre environment would be a strong asset;
Relationship management skills with a passion for delivering great customer service to leaders, employees and candidates;
Proven written, verbal and presentation skills allowing you to interact professionally with all levels of business personnel to build strong partnership;
Detail oriented with superior follow-up skills and proven ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced environment, along with solid problem-solving skills and the ability to effectively negotiate and influence;
Strong computer skills with knowledge in MS Office, understanding of social media and experience using an ATS (Applicant Tracking System);
An understanding of the employment market, trends and employment standards related to recruitment;
Bilingualism (French and English) is required;
Recruitment Designation - CHRP/CRHA an asset.
