Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Assembly Technician to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, inspecting, and testing various products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. Your expertise will contribute directly to delivering high-quality products efficiently and safely. Responsibilities
- Assist in picking, packing and shipping of inventory to fill customer orders
- Assemble of modules, sub-assemblies, and accessories for the MANTECH products according to detailed schematics, blueprints, and assembly instructions.
- Testing of modules, sub-assemblies for the MANTECH product line and
- Provide work instructions for building assemblies
- Produce manuals for assembly of modules
- Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and fabricators to complete tasks accurately.
- Read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and fabrication drawings to ensure proper assembly procedures.
- Conduct quality inspections using precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions and tolerances.
- Create ECR for continuous improvement
- Service all products for lab, and customer products
- Operate machinery including machining tools and forklifts safely within the manufacturing or warehouse environment.
- Solder electronic components or perform light welding tasks as required for product assembly or repairs.
- Maintain non-inventory stock levels
- Maintain stock shelves, organizing shelves and stock
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace adhering to safety protocols while documenting assembly processes and quality checks.
- Perform all duties as assigned
Experience
- Proven experience in manufacturing or assembly environments with hands-on use of hand tools, power tools, and precision measurement instruments.
- Mechanical knowledge and or electrical aptitude with familiarity in blueprint reading, schematic interpretation, fabrication techniques, welding, soldering, and machining processes.
- Warehouse experience including forklift operation is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong understanding of safety standards related to mechanical assembly and equipment operation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong mathematical skills required
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Ability to lift, weigh and measure items
- Able to work efficiently as part of a team as well as independently
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated with an ability to time manage
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
