Unity Gold Exchange (UGE) is seeking a highly motivated B2B sales professional to help expand our rapidly growing corporate partnerships division.
This role is ideal for individuals with experience in executive sales, business development, strategic partnerships, corporate sponsorships, account management, or consultative B2B sales who enjoy building relationships with decision-makers and creating long-term partnership opportunities.
UGE delivers a unique corporate financial wellness and philanthropic event program while supporting charitable causes selected by the host organization.
As a Corporate Partnerships & Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities, engaging senior decision-makers, presenting the UGE value proposition, and securing strategic corporate partnerships.
Key Objectives
- Generate new corporate partnership opportunities
- Build relationships with executive-level decision-makers
- Secure corporate event agreements
- Develop long-term strategic partnerships
- Drive revenue growth through corporate account acquisition
- Expand awareness of the Unity Gold Exchange brand and mission
Responsibilities
✔ Prospect and engage corporations, enterprise organizations, unions, associations, municipalities, healthcare organizations, educational institutions, and charitable foundations & more
✔ Develop relationships with key stakeholders including:
- Human Resources Directors
- Executive Directors
- Vice Presidents
- Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Leaders
- Employee Engagement Managers
- Benefits Managers
- Senior Leadership Teams
✔ Conduct outbound business development through networking, referrals, strategic outreach, LinkedIn, and relationship-based sales initiatives
✔ Deliver compelling presentations that position UGE as a financial wellness, employee engagement, and community impact solution
✔ Identify client needs and tailor partnership opportunities accordingly
✔ Lead discovery meetings and partnership discussions
✔ Negotiate and secure corporate event agreements
✔ Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline and partnership portfolio
✔ Utilize CRM systems to track opportunities, manage relationships, and monitor performance metrics
✔ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution and partner satisfaction
✔ Develop referral relationships with professional associations, charities, business groups, and community organizations
Ideal Candidate
✔ Proven success in B2B sales, executive sales, strategic partnerships, account management, business development, sponsorship sales, or corporate fundraising
✔ Experience selling to decision-makers and executive-level stakeholders
✔ Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
✔ Demonstrated ability to generate new business opportunities and close partnership agreements
✔ Comfortable conducting cold outreach
✔ Highly organized with strong pipeline management abilities
✔ Professional, polished, and confident communicator
✔ Experience using CRM platforms and sales tracking systems. Open to training.
