Position Overview
Our Line Cooks work across the resort’s food operations including Founders Restaurant, and weddings and events. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic culinary environment serving both casual and upscale dining experiences.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items to resort standards
- Maintain proper food safety and sanitation practices
- Set up and stock kitchen stations
- Assist with event and banquet food preparation
- Follow recipes and plating guidelines
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Requirements
- Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Culinary diploma or Red Seal certification considered an asset
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 4-5 months
Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
