Essential Responsibilities
- Support project teams by keeping documents, templates, procedures, and resources organized and up to date.
- Help teams use key systems by providing support for tools like Procore, coordinating project setup, and managing system access.
- Coordinate training by scheduling sessions, preparing materials, tracking participation, and managing Workday Learn rosters.
- Provide outstanding support by responding to questions, resolving routine issues, and directing more complex requests to the right people.
- Keep everyone on track by preparing meeting notes, maintaining action items, and creating helpful reference materials.
- Improve the way we work by supporting process improvements, system updates, and other initiatives that make work simpler and more efficient.
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in Business, Construction, Operations, Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in construction, coordination, operations, or customer support is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
- Comfortable learning new systems and supporting process documentation and change.
- Experience with tools like Procore, JD Edwards, Textura, Coupa, Workday Learn, or Box is an asset.
Work Conditions
- In-office role with potential for hybrid work, collaborating regularly through Microsoft Teams and other business platforms.
- Full-time office presence may be required during onboarding.
- Occasional early meetings, travel, or site visits may be required depending on business needs
Compensation
$52,000.00 - $71,500.00
This is the expected base pay range for this role. Individual base pay will be determined based on a variety of factors including experience, knowledge, skills, education and location.
