An ideal Budtender candidate will have experience in:
- regulatory compliance;
- customer service;
- inventory management;
- cash management; and
- general retail knowledge.
Team members must display:

- an enthusiastic attitude;
- strong work-ethic;
- a willingness to learn;
- strong attention to detail; and
- an ability to work alone and/or part of a team.
Sell-Safe Qualification is considered an asset and is mandatory before starting as a Budtender.
