Condominium Property Manager

The portfolio we are currently hiring for are made up of low rise residential & commercial condo's and townhouses.
As a condominium manager, some of your responsibilities will include:
· responding to owners
· maintenance and repairs
· overseeing staff and contractors
· preparing draft annual budgets and overseeing the reserve fund
· implementing an emergency management plan and responding to emergencies
· preparing status certificates
· issuing meeting notices and reporting on the affairs of the corporation
· organizing board meetings and overseeing administration of all owners' meetings
· monitoring the corporation’s insurance
· preparing financial reports and arranging for audits
· advising the board of directors on compliance with the Condominium Act, 1998
· advising the board on its financial responsibilities
. all other property manager responsibilities required thru CMRAO
The candidate we are looking for will:

- have a valid class G driver’s License and your own vehicle

Skills, Knowledge, and Proficiencies
- CMRAO GENERAL LICENSE mandatory
- Yardi experience an asset
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of direct property management experience an asset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including but not limited to Word, Excel, and Outlook
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
