BlueBlood Steakhouse is looking for an experienced cook to join our team as a Sous Chef. We are a highly unique steakhouse located inside of Casa Loma (1 Austin Terrace). Our menu is a blend of classic concepts recreated using modern techniques.
We are looking for industry professionals – people willing to learn, train and work hard every day.
- Well-rounded experience in all areas of the culinary field
- Minimum 4 years' experience in a fast paced restaurant kitchen as management
- Concise communication skills and effective team player
- Must be innovative, detail oriented and quality conscious, always keeping updated on new trends in the hospitality industry
- Must be flexible in scheduling to accommodate business demands
- Legally able to work in Canada
Wage is negotiable based on experience. Must be able to work days, evenings and weekends. We are only open dinner service 7 days a week.
