About the Rol
Haidilao Hot Pot is looking for friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Servers to join our West Broadway team. If you enjoy working with people and thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve food and drinks efficiently
- Assist guests with menu questions and recommendations
- Maintain clean and organized tables and service areas
- Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house team members
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
- Help create a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience is an asset, but not required
- Friendly, positive, and team-oriented attitude
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Available for a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
