EcoTech Windows & Doors is a fast growing company currently seeking a Part time/full time appointment setter.
- The potential candidate will be working from our office and intermittently from home. Evening hours from 3pm-9pm.
- The potential candidate MUST have Outbound Telemarketing experience or sales experience.
Essential Responsibilities
- Appointment Setting - You will be required to make phone calls and book appointments for prospective customers.
- Customer Follow-ups - You will be required to make phone calls and send emails to existing and previous customers.
Qualifications & Skills
- An excellent communication and customer service skill both on the phone and in person.
- Excellent written and oral English language.
- Ability to overcome objections and keep people on the phone.
- Ability to handle rejection & keep a great attitude.
- Excellent time management and organization skills to complete daily tasks and meet deadlines.
- Must be adaptable to changes

- Experienced with Microsoft Applications
