Small Group Personal Trainer

THE ROLE
You’ll coach a blend of Small Group Personal Training (SGPT, 6-9 clients) with strength training and HIIT conditioning. You’ll guide clients across a wide range of abilities, driving progress through smart programming, clear coaching, and motivation & care. We do comprehensive in -house training
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design SGPT sessions using structured, progressive strength & HIIT programming
- Lead conditioning classes focused on quality movement and intent
- Support day-to-day operations (session prep, clean, organized floor)
- Join team meetings and ongoing coach education
- Offer smart modifications or progressions for all levels, with a special focus on women in perimenopause and beyond
- Build relationships -know your people, celebrate their wins and meet them where they are
What You Bring
- A great personality & energy
- Certification in Group Fitness or Personal Training
- CPR/First Aid Certification (required)
- 1+ years coaching in group or semi-private settings (preferred)
- You train what you coach: strength training & fitness is your base
- Confident with cues, regressions/progressions, and real-time problem solving
- Excellent communication, team-first mindset, and a coachable attitude
Availability
- Mix of early mornings/ mid mornings & evenings
- Set schedule, full 4-5h shifts
- NO Split shifts required
- We work with you to create a balanced work schedule
Compensation & Benefits
- $35 - $43/ hour (based on experience and skillset) + 30 min paid clean up/set up time ($18.50 rate)
- 3-month probation at $35 to assess fit and performance
- Clear growth track to $45 an hour
