We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. This role involves managing front desk operations, providing product demonstrations, and assisting with technical sales inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with promptness and courtesy.
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail, courier services and package deliveries
- Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar for staff members.
- Assist in technical sales by answering questions and providing detailed information about products.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a welcoming environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service is preferred.
- Proficiency in office management software, such as Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to demonstrate products confidently and engage customers effectively.
