Responsibilities:
- Provide medical care in accordance with scope of practice/SMF protocols
- Maintain cleanliness of MTC Truck at ALL times
- Adhere to SFM Safe Work Practices and Hazard ID Procedures
- Coordinate STARS site if needed
- Generate daily ERP from site to nearest medical aid
- Fill out daily paperwork (Safety meeting with head count, daily operation reports, AED checklist, hazard identification, accident/incident if applicable)
- Sign in/out personnel on location
- Patient Care
Qualifications and Requirements:
- H2S
- Standard First Aid
- Driver’s License with clean abstract
- ACP Registered
- Ability to understand and communicate clearly in English (oral and written)
- Be able to effectively handle and respond to stressful/emergency situations
- Possess strong interpersonal skills
- Possess a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the Oil and Gas Industry
- Be fluent in Industry Recommended Practices, local, provincial, federal regulatory requirements
- Be responsible, self-motivated, self-starter, personable and well organized
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills are an asset
- Be able to effectively handle and respond to stressful/emergency situations
- Ability to read and interpret information given
- Learn and apply new information or skills
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Plan, organize and implement a number of duties and reports
- Ability to travel areas of Alberta and other provinces and territories for extended periods of time on an ongoing basis
