Site Crew Member

What You’ll Do
- Work as part of a small, high-performing crew on active construction sites
- Support site setup and preparation by removing hazards and keeping work areas organized
- Load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently
- Operate equipment such as zoom booms and skid steers (as required)
- Assist carpenters, operators, and skill trades with day-to-day site needs
- Follow direction from Foremen and Site Supervisors to keep work moving
- Stay engaged, aware, and safety-focused in a fast-paced environment
- Contribute to a clean, organized, and productive job site

Requirements
- Successful interview candidates will be required to complete a pre-employment assessment
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license with reliable transportation
- Travel throughout Western Canada is a regular part of this position
- Minimum 40 hours per week, with flexibility for overtime
- Physically fit and able to lift, push, pull, and carry 50 lbs
- Comfortable working at heights and in all weather conditions
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Certified (or willing to obtain) First Aid, Fall Protection and Aerial Work Platform
Assets
- Experience in construction or precast concrete
- Equipment operating experience (zoom boom, skid steer)
- CSTS certification
