Ensuring all site activity is completed in accordance with health and safety regulations
Managing and mentoring trades
Monitoring and leading progress of construction
Conducting site inspections for each stage of construction with City Inspectors to ensure quality, safety, and building processes are followed
Assisting the Project Manager to ensure contract objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards are met in accordance with company policy and contract specifications
Reporting on and communicating project updates to the project manager and other stakeholders including the client
In addition to ensuring our projects are running smoothly on site, your key priorities will include making sure our clients are happy with the progress and completion of their projects, while maintaining a safe and healthy working environment for your team.
The best person for this role will have excellent communication skills and a real desire to create great relationships with our clients and your team. Your technical skills and general construction knowledge, combined with your natural leadership and people skills are what will make you stand out.
If you’re a positive team player known for your integrity, organization and planning skills, and your willingness to take ownership of your projects, you’ll be a perfect fit for our team.
