Wells Construction provides Construction services in the City of Edmonton and surrounding areas. Wells Construction is based in Edmonton, AB and is currently seeking a seasonal, full-time Tandem Truck Driver.

The Tandem Truck Driver will be operating a tandem dump truck within the city of Edmonton. The accountabilities of this role include, but are not limited to, the following:
Pre and post trip inspections.
Minor truck maintenance.
Haul various materials to and from site.
Operate vehicle in a safe manner adhering to Safety policies and procedures
Other labour duties as required.
The successful applicant will possess the following:
Minimum valid Class 3 Drivers License and Q Endorsement
Knowledge of the City of Edmonton an asset.
Knowledge of Construction an asset.
Wage: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour, commensurate with experience
In addition to the above, the successful candidate will be expected to exercise sound judgment, work safely and communicate effectively in a team. This position is physically demanding and requires crouching, bending, lifting, and kneeling. As such, clearance on a pre-employment medical is required. The successful candidate will have a proven record of following safe work procedures and be able to complete field risk assessments.
Clearance on a pre-employment Drug & Alcohol test is also required.
