What You'll Do
As a Server, you'll be responsible for creating a great experience for every guest from the moment they sit down until they leave.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, drinks, and promotions
- Deliver food and beverages while ensuring quality and presentation
- Check in with guests throughout their meal and respond to requests
- Process payments accurately
- Maintain clean and organized tables and sections
- Work closely with the kitchen, bar, hosts, and other team members
- Follow all food safety and responsible alcohol service requirements
- Complete opening, closing, and side duties as assigned
- Help create the fun, welcoming atmosphere Kelsey's is known for
What We're Looking For
- Previous serving experience is preferred
- Smart Serve certification is required
- Friendly, positive, and outgoing personality
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable handling multiple tables and priorities at once
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
