Kozak Ukrainian Restaurant is a fast-growing hospitality brand focused on authentic, high-quality Ukrainian cuisine. As we continue to expand, we are excited to announce the opening of our 5th location in North Vancouver and are now hiring for this new location.
The Role
We’re hiring for a front-of-house role that combines host, cashier, and guest support responsibilities. Thisposition is ideal for someone who is smiley, proactive, organized, and genuinely enjoys taking care of people.
You are often the first point of contact for our guests, so your energy, attitude, and attention to detail matter a lot.

Key Responsibilities
● Greet guests warmly and create a positive first impression
● Answer phone calls and assist with guest questions
● Pack delivery and takeout orders
● Seat guests and manage the flow of the dining room
● Complete inventory tasks
● Keep the front area clean, organized, and guest-ready throughout the shift
● Work closely with servers, bartenders, kitchen staff, and management to keep service smooth
What We’re Looking For
● A smiley, welcoming personality and naturally positive presence
● Proactive mindset - you notice what needs to be done and take action
● Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with guests
● Ability to stay organized and accurate in a busy environment
● Host, cashier, or customer service experience is an asset, but not required for the right person
● Willingness to learn systems, service standards, and restaurant operations
