Tri Son Contracting is a Construction and asphalt paving company. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Hand with equipment knowledge and a minimum of 3yrs experience in the industry. The candidate will possess strong knowledge of Excavator and Skidsteer capabilities as well as abilities to manage and coordinate a crew of 5 people. They will work closely with equipment operators, labourers and senior management making sure jobs are completed efficiently and to the quality we expect.
Ths is a hands on position which is ideal for someone who has some years in on a crew as a groundsman or equipment operator and is looking to advance.

Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings as well as operation of laser level and establishing grades is an asset. Having a G Licence and reliable transportation to and from our yard is a must.
