The Role
This is a comprehensive, hands-on role that blends patient care and front desk responsibilities.
You will be involved in every step of the patient experience, from greeting and testing to supporting the doctor during exams. Patient interaction is constant throughout the day.
This role is best suited for someone looking for long-term employment who is motivated to learn and grow into a highly skilled position.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome and guide patients through their visit
- Manage booking, phones, and front desk flow
- Perform preliminary testing using clinical equipment
- Assist doctors during exams and prepare rooms
- Administer eye drops and support patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Training & Development
This role requires learning a large amount of information. It can feel fast-paced and demanding at the start.

Schedule
- 32–40 hours per week
- Availability required between 8:00 AM – close
- Tuesday evening shifts required
- Monday to Friday
