Job Summary
The Field Operations Representative is on the front lines of Skrypt AI Labs' growth — visiting dental and healthcare clinics across the GTA, building relationships with clinic owners and office managers, and introducing them to our AI-powered front desk platform. This is a people-first role for someone who thrives in face-to-face environments, loves the hustle of being out in the field, and wants to be part of something early and impactful.
Responsibilities
Visit dental and healthcare clinics across assigned GTA routes on a scheduled basis
- Introduce clinic staff and decision-makers to Skrypt AI Labs and our AI Receptionist platform
- Deliver engaging, conversational product pitches tailored to each clinic's needs
- Leave behind branded materials, demos, or gifts to keep Skrypt top of mind
- Log clinic visit details, contact information, and feedback after each stop
- Follow up with warm leads and flag high-interest clinics to the sales team
- Represent the Skrypt brand professionally and positively at every touchpoint
- Coordinate daily routes efficiently to maximize the number of clinic visits
- Collaborate with the internal team to report on field activity and refine outreach strategy
- Support onboarding efforts for newly signed clinics when needed
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills — you're comfortable walking into a room and starting a conversation
- Experience in sales, field outreach, or customer-facing roles preferred
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own schedule and routes
- Reliable transportation to travel between clinic locations across the GTA
- Organized and detail-oriented for logging visit notes and tracking outreach
- Ability to adapt your pitch based on who you're speaking with — front desk staff, office managers, or clinic owners
- Genuine interest in healthcare, technology, or startups is a plus
- No prior tech experience required — we'll train you on everything you need to know
