Job Overview
We are seeking compassionate Support Workers to provide high‑quality care and assistance to individuals in need. In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing the quality of life and well‑being of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support in private residences, retirement communities, or other care settings
- Assist with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication assistance
- Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
- Observe, monitor, and report changes in clients’ health or behaviour
Qualifications & Requirements
- A genuine enjoyment of caring for seniors.
- Must have a driving License and a reliable Car.
- Previous experience in caregiving, dementia care, home care, nursing homes, or assisted living (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Current Standard First Aid and CPR certification
- Successful completion of a Criminal Background Check, including Vulnerable Sector Screening (copy required)
