Job Overview
We are looking only for experienced professionals to creative and detail-oriented Associate Designer & Millwork Engineer to join our team. This role combines design, drafting, and engineering, helping create high-quality millwork and cabinetry solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with design projects from concept to completion
- Create detailed shop drawings using Mozaik (floor plans, elevations, sections)
- Prepare CNC code and production-ready documents
- Design functional and visually appealing kitchen layouts
- Take site measurements to ensure accurate production and installation
- Work with team members and clients to meet project requirements
- Present design concepts and product ideas to clients
- Keep drawings, revisions, and client information well organized
Your RoleYou will produce accurate shop drawings and ensure they are ready for CNC manufacturing, helping bridge the gap between design and production.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience with Mozaik software (required)
- Knowledge of cabinetry and millwork construction
- CNC programming or machine experience (an asset)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
