Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated French Tutors to join our educational team for the following roles:
The first role is for an experienced tutor to help students of 1 to 12 including French Immersion Curriculum to improve their French language skills through personalized instruction and engaging teaching methods. Ideal candidates will have a passion for language education, excellent communication skills, and experience working with children or in classroom settings. Tutors will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on students' language proficiency while fostering a love for learning.
We are also looking for experienced French Tutors to prepare students for the TFE course required for Canadian Immigration.
Duties
- Deliver one-on-one or group tutoring sessions in French tailored to students’ individual learning needs
- Develop and implement effective lesson plans that incorporate speaking, listening, reading, and writing exercises
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support improvement
- Create a supportive and motivating learning environment to encourage student engagement
- Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles and language proficiency levels
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and areas for improvement
- Tutors for the TFE program- We need experienced teachers who can study the course requirement and implement a result oriented lesson plan.
- Available to work in person at location : 145 Inspire Boulevard, Dixie & Countryside, Brampton,ON.
Skills
- Excellent Proficiency in written & Spoken French, with additional language as English
- Strong writing and skills in both French and English
- Experience working with children or in classroom environments is highly desirable
- Excellent tutoring or teaching experience, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles
- Patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for education and language instruction
