Responsibilities
- Provide a wide range of hair styling services including cuts, color, treatments, and styling according to client preferences.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering personalized recommendations.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and equipment.
- Engage in retail sales by recommending hair care products suited to clients’ hair types and needs.
- Manage front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, checking clients in/out, and handling payments efficiently.
- Upsell additional services or products to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue.
- Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and professional demeanor.
- Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge through ongoing education.

- Proven experience in hair styling with a portfolio of diverse work.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with clients professionally and warmly.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
