We are hiring a Health and Wellness Projects & Planning, Co-op.
Reporting to the Director, Health & Wellness Projects, Planning & Operations, the Health and Wellness Projects & Planning Coordinator will act as a convergence point for project management functions for the Health & Wellness portfolio.
The Project Coordinator will work with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to build out and prioritize strategies, programs and execution plans related to new and existing projects. The Project Coordinator will also work closely with our pharmacy, healthcare, Strategy, IT, marketing, finance and operations teams, among others, to execute, operationalize and coordinate such strategies and programs. This role will align different project streams through the development and execution of comprehensive project and stakeholder engagement plans. This role will also be responsible for the production of wider scope communications and project updates to be delivered to key enterprise stakeholders and partners with an aim to foster cross-team awareness, collaboration and engagement.
What You'll Do:
Support the identification and implementation of best practices
Ensure consistency in overarching processes and systems
Provide key inputs to internal and external communications
Support the management of key projects (will change over time)
Partner with Director, Health & Wellness Projects, Planning & Operations as needed to ensure alignment
Work closely, and develop relationships, with key stakeholders within the enterprise to support projects (includes IT, Finance, Marketing, Strategy, Operations, Pharmacy Business, etc.)
Lead day-to-day coordination of large cross-functional, cross-enterprise projects and initiatives, resolving issues as needed.
Support Director with build out and implementation of strategic and operational opportunities in the healthcare delivery space
Develop and refine use cases, opportunity assessments, financial models and other related business planning material.
Co-ordinate Projects, Presentations and Reports
Support the development of Pharmacy strategic and operating plans as needed with guidance and input from all Health &Wellness businesses
Management of special projects, eg communications related to key initiatives, clinic openings, new services, new business launches
Ensures ongoing alignment with pharmacy business
Preparation of senior level reports and presentations
Play a role in specific projects eg due diligence work, turnarounds, organizational effectiveness and improvements by providing business insights and environmental updates
Support the management of complex projects
Identify and implement continuous improvement programs that will result in operational efficiencies and realized annual cost savings.
Monitors, develops and implements operational standards to ensure policies, procedures and practices respond to changing conditions in the marketplace and improve efficiency and competency
What You'll Need:
This position requires a superior level of initiative and judgment in order to organize and prioritize tasks, workload and projects. Courtesy, tact and diplomacy are required in dealing with colleagues in every day working relationships.
Must be able to create weekly reports to communicate financial and business progress
