Job Summary
This position involves working as a Developer with expertise in Amazon Glue, SQL, and Python. The role focuses on developing and maintaining data pipelines, performing data transformations, and coding automation scripts using the specified technologies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop, and implement data pipelines using amazon glue to extract, transform, and load data into data warehouses.
2. Write complex sql queries to perform data analysis and create reports for stakeholders.
3. Develop and maintain python scripts for automation tasks and data processing.
4. Collaborate within team to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions.
5. Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing data pipelines and scripts for optimal performance.
6. Ensure data integrity and accuracy by implementing quality checks and monitoring processes.
7. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to data engineering and analytics.
Skill Requirements
1. Knowledge of amazon glue for etl processes and data integration.
2. Sql skills for data analysis, querying, and manipulation.
3. Handson knowledge of python programming for automation and data processing.
4. Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and data modeling.
5. Familiarity with cloud technologies, especially aws services.
6. Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
7. Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Other Requirements
1.AWS Certified Developer Associate or AWS Certified Big Data Specialty would be a plus.
