This is an exciting opportunity to tap into the member rewards industry and we are looking to hire an Operations Specialist for our team within Ampli Operations.
This role involves the building and continuous improvement of the Ampli Operations team including responding to complex member inquires requiring further analysis (e.g. missing cash back and helping members unable to connect their bank account), offer implementations & quality assurance. You must be comfortable wearing multiple hats and collaborating among teammates across many functions. Candidates with strong attention-to-detail and great problem solving capabilities will be well suited for this role.
What will you do?
Ampli Member Support
Investigate and respond to complex Ampli member support inquiries with the goal of providing superior member support through timely responses and resolutions to their needs
Monitor, track & respond to incoming member inquiries leveraging innovative technology solutions such as Intercom
Prioritize & triage based on severity and sensitivity of open issues with the ability to escalate where needed
Manage and maintain member inquiry dashboard and monthly or weekly reporting needs
Stay informed on product changes/updates in order to accurately assist members with their inquiries
Work cross functionally with all teams across Ampli in order to raise technical issues where needed that are raised via member support inquiries
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
Experience with Microsoft office using tools such as Word, Excel & PowerPoint
Hold strong interests in customer support and/or operations related role
Comfortable leveraging technology and learning new applications
Ability to clearly communicate in English, both oral and written
Experience and success in both small startup environments and large matrix organizations
Self-starter, thinker in action, a planner and a doer; always a team player
Ability to communicate across multiple stakeholders across a large organization
Proven ability to think big picture AND roll-up-your sleeves to deliver
Nice-to-have
Holds an entrepreneurial mindset
Experience with technology such as Google Data Studio
Experience with online communication tools such as Intercom
Experience working or holding strong interests within the cash back rewards industry
Ability to support the scaling of an operations function based on the needs of the organization
Ability to clearly communicate in French, both oral and written
