Overview
TDS is currently seeking a Legal Assistant with Corporate Services. This position will primarily support the efforts of the Corporate Services department, assisting with the preparation, management, and submission of corporate filings.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation and submission of various corporate filings and resolutions
- Preparation and distribution of monthly invoices
- Minute book filing of documents.
- Responding to client inquiries with respect to Annual Returns, Annual Resolutions, and invoices
- Opening new Corporate Services files
- Closing Corporate Services files
Preferred Qualifications
- Legal Administrative Assistant certificate or diploma
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Superior organizational, administration and research skills
- Detail oriented.
- Mature attitude and deadline-driven.
