We’re looking for responsible and experienced painting subcontractor crews who take pride in their work and want to be part of a company that values quality craftsmanship and strong relationships. Who are we looking for?
- Professional and Responsible Contractors who have a 2-3 person crew
- Ability to paint exteriors and interiors
- Strong communication skills
- General Liability Insurance
- All Tools & Equipment (Sprayer, Ladders, etc..)
- Drivers License and vehicle
- Ability to move extension ladders between jobs
Responsibilities:
- Execute high-quality painting tasks on residential projects, ensuring professional finishes.
- Properly prepare surfaces and spaces for painting to ensure long-lasting durability
- Maintain clear communication with the project manager, providing updates on progress.
- Deliver excellent customer service by addressing client needs and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project.
- Manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines while upholding high-quality standards.
