Job Description: As an Automotive Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing assistance and guidance on their vehicle service needs.
A key role of this position involves entering claims to various fleet management companies for approval, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
You will be responsible for managing the service process from start to finish, ensuring a positive experience for our clients, and maintaining a good relationship with the fleet management companies.
The actual pay is negotiable and will be dependent on previous experience. It may differ from that posted above.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them with their vehicle service needs.
- Answering incoming phone calls in a timely, friendly, and professional manner.
- Provide detailed explanations of required repairs and maintenance.
- Prepare and present accurate service estimates to customers.
- Enter claims to various fleet companies for approval, ensuring compliance with their requirements.
- Coordinate with the shop management and technicians to enable timely and efficient completion of work.
- Maintain open communication with customers throughout the service process.
- Handle customer inquiries and assist in resolving any issues or concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of all services performed and claims processed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor is required.
- Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance services.
- Experience in entering claims to various fleet management companies for approval.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software for service management.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
