Supporting the Vice President, Patient Experience & Chief Health Professions, you will exercise considerable judgment and have independence in providing complex administrative support services. Your overall responsibility is to ensure that this Vice President shines, by deftly managing their complex, ever changing schedule, producing first-rate documentation, providing special events management leadership and anticipating their professional needs. You will oversee the routine operations of CAP. Working closely with senior management teams across multiple sites and interfacing with clients, vendors, and professional affiliates.
To be seriously considered for the role, you have significant experience supporting senior executives in a healthcare setting. Mastery of MS Office applications such as Word, PowerPoint and Excel and especially Outlook is critical. Your superb organizational and time management skills are essential. You have a well-honed ability to take initiative and work well with a wide range of people within and outside UHN. The ideal candidate will be professional, insightful, mature, tactful and able to focus on the priorities of a rapidly changing day.
