ITC Electrical Components is seeking an Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our team in Richmond Hill.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, this position supports our customers and sales team through a combination of customer service, inside sales, order administration and warehouse support.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working with customers, learning technical products, staying organized and helping wherever needed to keep orders and customer requests moving.
What You’ll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email
- Provide customers with technical and commercial product information
- Enter customer orders and maintain order information
- Prepare and maintain order reports
- Engage with and follow up on incoming sales leads
- Support lead conversion and inside sales activities
- Assist with the implementation of marketing plans
- Communicate and coordinate with the outside sales team
- Prepare and maintain reports, lists and checklists
- Assist with other duties as required
Warehouse & Order Fulfillment Support
As part of this role, you will also provide hands-on support to our warehouse team, including:
- Pick and verify customer orders
- Prepare and pack orders for shipment
- Prepare shipping waybills and manifests
- Assist the receiving team as required
- Participate in regular and special inventory counts
What We’re Looking For

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks
- Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative
- Strong team player who is comfortable working across different areas of the business
- Ability and willingness to continuously learn new products and technical concepts
- College education in business or equivalent practical experience
- Strong computer skills, including advanced knowledge of Windows-based software
- French language proficiency is considered an asset
