Job Description:
We're hiring Warehouse Associates to support daily warehouse operations in Guelph and Elora. This is a hands-on role that involves unloading shipments, packing orders, moving materials, and maintaining an organized work environment. Candidates should be comfortable performing physical work and lifting up to 60 lbs throughout the shift.
Pay Range: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM start time - until finish (6 to 8 hours)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-Unload and sort incoming shipments
-Lift, carry, and move materials up to 60 lbs.
-Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
-Operate warehouse equipment (Pump Truck)
-Work with team members to meet daily productivity goal
Job Requirements:
-Reliable transportation to job sites in Guelph and Elora
-Ability to repeatedly lift up to 60 lbs
-Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
-Strong attention to detail
-Good communication and teamwork skills
-Ability to follow instructions and complete training
-Full-time availability
-Warehouse experience is an asset but not required
