FairShare Vacation Rentals is hiring part-time Vacation Rental Cleaners to help maintain our beautiful properties in Banff and Canmore during the busy summer season.

Responsibilities:
- Perform a thorough cleaning of properties to uphold impeccable standards as per company guidelines
- Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors
- Keep common areas clean and well maintained
- Report maintenance issues to management
- Communicate with team members and management to ensure efficient operations.
- Assist guests when necessary
- Adhere to health and safety protocols
Don’t have housekeeping experience? That’s okay! We offer paid on-the-job training during your first week with the company. Even better, as a small company, there are endless opportunities to advance and take on new challenges that interest you!
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older and eligible to work in Canada
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude, self-starter, and team player
- Repetitive physically demanding tasks including bending, crouching, and standing for long periods
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds
- Pass background check
- Access to a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license is an asset.
