We are seeking a skilled, Full Time Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying paint, stain, and coatings to a variety of surfaces, ensuring high-quality finishes in residential settings. This role requires attention to detail, strong time management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with our team.
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as necessary.
- Apply paint, stain, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
- Restore and maintain the appearance of various surfaces through touch-ups and refinishing.
- Rig up scaffolding or ladders as needed to reach high areas safely.
- Perform caulking and sealing tasks to ensure a smooth finish and protect against moisture.
- Read blueprints and project specifications to determine the scope of work required.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, including power tools used for painting tasks.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients throughout the project.
