We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will work with patients to develop, recover, or maintain daily living and work skills after experiencing an injury, either at work or from a motor vehicle accident. As an Occupational Therapist, you will help individuals of all ages with physical, mental, developmental, or emotional disabilities to lead independent and productive lives.

*Duties*
- Conduct patient assessments to determine individual needs and develop personalized treatment plans
- Provide occupational therapy interventions based on evaluation and treatment goals
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and equipment use
- Monitor and assess patient responses to therapy and adjust treatment plans as needed
*Primary Populations*
- We work extensively with individuals who are recovering from physical, psychological and brain injuries resulting from motor vehicle accidents.
- We provide services to those who are injured at work.
- Ergonomic assessments in corporate and private settings.
- Equipment and home safety assessments.
*Qualifications*
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of BC or willing to work with provisional membership with COTBC.
- Experience in case management, medical terminology, patient care, private practice settings for MVA populations or WorksafeBC populations an asset.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Pay: $60.00-$78.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
