Marble Slab Creamery is currently seeking a driven, results oriented individual to join our team in Shawnessy. The successful candidatemust have foodservice management experience and be motivated, love ice cream,and be willing to have FUN!
The Marble Slab experience starts with all products being made fresh in-store with Real Canadian Dairy. We offer more than 50 flavors of ice cream and 30 mixins –
fruits, nuts, candies, chocolates, and cookies – that add that extra something
special to your treat! We even bake and hand-roll our waffle cones in-store too!
We are looking for an upbeat, outgoing individual who will serve our ice cream
treats and provide exceptional customer service! We respect every employee’s
voice and opinion, and we understand that long-term success comes from building
a strong, unified team who are all on the same page and are working towards the
same goals.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Prepare & serve our ice cream treats (cones, sundaes, cakes, milkshakes,
and smoothies) with a smile!
- Ensure that all production tasks for the store are taken care of in a timely
manner ensuring that store inventory levels are met while safeguarding
product quality, consistency, and food safety.
- Participate in the production of ice cream, cakes, cone making, baked goods
and semi-prepared items (fresh cut strawberries, brownies, cookie dough)
- Ensure the store is being run both efficiently and effectively, and the highest
level of customer service is being met.
- Ensure daily opening and closing lists are completed.
- Complete daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning and maintenance checklists
- Ensure customer areas of the store are clean and always organized.
- Ensure production and service areas are cleaned and organized on a regular basis.
- Adhere to all safety and food safety protocols.
Pay: $17.95 per hour
