Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas
- Manage laundry and linen services as needed to maintain a fresh environment
- Prepare and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure safety and efficiency
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed within scheduled timeframes while maintaining high standards of quality
- Provide excellent customer service by being professional, courteous, and responsive to client requests
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace during each assignment
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and clients
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English
- Experience in residential cleaning or related fields such as hospitality or housekeeping preferred
- Strong organizational skills with excellent time management abilities
- Ability to perform cleaning tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic laundry skills and familiarity with household cleaning products and equipment
- Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients
- Reliable transportation to reach various residential locations
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Prior experience in cooking is considered an asset but not required
