Duties
- Perform professional nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and care
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and equipment to ensure client safety
- Provide excellent customer service by listening to client preferences and offering personalized recommendations
- Upsell additional services or retail products to enhance the client’s experience and boost sales
- Educate clients on proper nail care routines and aftercare tips to promote healthy nails
- Stay current with industry trends and new techniques through ongoing training and research
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximize client satisfaction and operational flow
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role with strong nail care skills
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and proper sterilization procedures
- Excellent communication skills to connect with clients and understand their needs
- Ability to perform body waxing services is a plus but not mandatory
- Strong retail sales skills to promote products confidently and effectively
- Enthusiastic attitude with a passion for beauty, fashion, and customer service excellence
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed
