Position Summary

To provide business support used in client decision making through the analysis and reporting of quality assurance data collected through Bureau Veritas Consumer Products Services (BVCPS) online data repository, OneSource™.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Acts as the business or data analyst specifically focused on the quality functions of the client through the use of a variety of analytical and quantitative methods.
Compiles all relevant quality data and works with the Key Account Manager (KAM) to examine, identify inefficiencies and develop recommendations and solutions for the client.
Maintains detailed reports of his/her findings and routinely (weekly) reports to the KAM
Analyses data and interpret results through software tools
Works with KAM to prepare data for presentation by organizing and checking for inaccuracies
Analyse and interpret statistical data in order to identify relationships and trends
Report the results of statistical analyses, including information in the form of graphs, charts and tables
Serve as the client’s primary point of contact for inquiries and requests concerning the OneSource™ system
Delivers solutions, in collaboration with the KAM, within established timeframes that meet or exceed client expectations
As requested by the client, works with the KAM to provide benchmarking analysis and to explain the findings of the information/business
Responsible for developing strong relationships with client quality assurance teams
Implement new features as they become available; provide onsite OneSource™ training to client

Excellent teamwork and organization.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
MS-Office toolset expertise a must.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables, macros and v-lookups and working knowledge of other data mining systems (i.e. Tableau, Power BI, Access, etc)
Comfortable at Simulation, modelling, scenario and trend analysis is a plus
Critical thinker
Ability to work well in team settings with attention to detail
Excellence at analysis of information (pattern/trend recognition, statistical analysis, implication analysis, etc)
Knowledge/experience in Information Management, Enterprise Architecture and/or IT a plus.

4 year degree (preferably in Business, IT or related discipline).
2-6 years of professional experience (2 years directly related to IM or related functional area); or
Equivalent combination of education/experience
