Atlantic Acura is a family owned and operated luxury automotive dealership in Halifax, NS. We take pride in our concierge level of client service, and are seeking a Part Time Receptionist to join our team of dedicated professionals. The hours for this role are 8am to 5pm on Saturdays only.
As a support to our dealership team, the Part Time Receptionist is a driving force behind the first impression our clients receive. We are seeking someone who is professional, outgoing and dedicated to the role.
Responsibilities of the Role
- Warmly greet and welcome all clients of Atlantic Acura.
- Answer and direct incoming phone and in person inquiries.
- Assist with general administrative related tasks including but not limited to filing, data entry and taking payments.
- Communicate with other team members to assist with coordination during the work day.
- Other duties as required.
Requirements for the Role
- You must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Time management and organizational abilities.
- Multitasking while paying strong attention to detail.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Work as an individual, but also as a team player.
- Previous experience in a reception role would be considered an asset, but not required.
