Responsibilities
- Conduct product demonstrations and tastings to showcase our liquor brands to consumers
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing detailed product information
- Promote brand awareness through active participation in events, festivals, and retail promotions
- Assist with setting up displays and marketing materials at various venues
- Gather customer feedback and relay insights to the marketing team
- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold brand standards during all interactions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure successful event execution
- Support sales efforts by encouraging product purchases and building customer relationships
Experience
- Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or retail sales is highly desirable
- Strong background in marketing or public relations is a plus
- Experience conducting product demos or tastings enhances effectiveness in this role
- Proven sales skills with the ability to influence customer decisions
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred to communicate with a broader audience
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Strong communication and public speaking abilities to confidently present products and engage audiences
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
