Position Summary:
QHR Technologies Inc. is looking for a Business Analyst to work with internal and external stakeholders on a new consumer facing Health and Wellness initiatives. As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with Product Management, Design and Development. You engage with the Product Owner to help develop and understand User Stories and define the Requirements which make each User Story possible. You will ensure that needs are well communicated both verbally and in written documentation so that all parties involved have a solid understanding. You will work with the Solutions Architecture team to help understand and define the non-Functional elements of solutions and assist with UAT to ensure that what is delivered by Design and Development meets the user requirements that were defined up front.

Essential Functions:
Interviewing internal and external stakeholders for requirements
Analyze requirements and investigate impacts to customer workflows and operational goals
Document use cases, functional, non-functional, and transition requirements
Create visuals to convey flows, structure, context and other complex subjects in a more understandable format
Document User Acceptance Test requirements (e.g. test matrix, test scripts)
Manage User Acceptance Testing of product changes through to production roll out
Review and Contribute to internal and external product documentation
Manage conformance process for Partner Integrations with QHR Products or QHR Integrations with external environments as required
Provide product knowledge, training, support and expertise when required for Design, Development, Sales, Business Development, Implementations and Client Services.
Contribute to software design in collaboration with UX/UI design and architects

Qualifications:
Have 5+ years education or experience in Business Analysis and/or Software Design
Are strong at verbal and written communication
Have experience with Software Development processes (SDLC and Agile)
Have an understanding of systems engineering concepts
Have education or experience with Data Structures (Databases, XML, SQL)
Are positive, creative, and you enjoy a challenge
