We are looking for a reliable, organized, and hands-on Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. We are a modern global bistro featuring a thoughtfully curated menu and a vibrant craft cocktail bar. We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and service-focused Restaurant Supervisor who is passionate about hospitality and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise front-of-house operations during shifts
- Deliver exceptional guest service through serving and floor leadership
- Prepare and serve craft cocktails, wine, beer, and other beverages when required
- Manage opening and closing procedures, ensuring smooth daily operations
- Complete administrative duties, including daily reports, scheduling support, and hiring
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock management and place orders
- Train, coach, and support front-of-house team members
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and create memorable dining experiences
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant supervisory or leadership experience is a must
- Strong serving and bartending skills, with knowledge of craft cocktails and wine; WSET or other wine education is an asset.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities
- Comfortable with administrative responsibilities and inventory management
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and closing shifts
- A positive attitude and a passion for outstanding hospitality
