Country Hills Chrysler is looking for a bodyshop CSR to join their team at their brand new facility! The Body Shop Customer Service Representative is responsible for booking appointments and rentals, writing body shop damage estimates, Close work orders, payments on AR, negotiating with insurance adjusters, completing billing and other shop related activities. In addition, this position is responsible for preparing body shop estimates, negotiating with insurance. Monitor and maintain body shop sales performance standards and sales goals, and post results.

DUTIES
-
Process daily body shop work orders and assist the body shop manager with other administrative issues
-
Answer body shop phones and greet customers in a professional, friendly manner
-
A walk around on customers dropping off vehicles to ensure all prior damages are noted
-
Prepare work order for customer signature and close out work orders
-
Collect payments from customers and issue receipts for goods and services

Make appointments for customers

File body shop invoices
-
Take notes on incoming calls for follow up (towing, Etc.)

Print daily tech time sheets and tally on spreadsheet for tech pay

Take estimates with appointments set to parts for ordering

Dispatch mechanical repairs to service or sublet repairs
-
Call the Insurance adjusters if there are any delays in the vehicle repairs

Work effectively with insurance companies regarding any outstanding claims

Communicate with the front office staff to ensure all deductibles and any money owing on final repairs are brought to their attention and collected
