Are you an ambitious HVAC professional looking to grow your skills and build a long-term career in the industry? We're looking for a Junior HVAC Service Technician to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a G2 license who wants hands-on experience working alongside experienced technicians while developing advanced troubleshooting, service, and repair skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with service, maintenance, and repair of HVAC equipment and systems.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on heating and cooling systems.
- Help diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system issues.
- Support installation projects, including equipment setup, ductwork, piping, and system commissioning.
- Maintain accurate service records and complete required documentation.
- Ensure tools, equipment, and service vehicles are clean, organized, and properly maintained.
- Follow all company safety policies and industry regulations.
- Provide professional and courteous customer service while on-site.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance technical skills.
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards.
- Other duties as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- HVAC-related education, apprenticeship enrollment, or recent graduate of an HVAC program.
- Valid Gas Technician 2 (G2) License.
- Working toward or obtained Certificate of Qualification as an Air Conditioning Mechanic (313D or 313A).
- Valid Ozone Depletion Prevention (ODP) Certification.
- Valid Ontario Class G Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Basic understanding of HVAC systems, tools, and safety procedures.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, weekend and overtime when required
